from Santa's kitchen
bunch of spinach (cleaned and chopped) or….
2 packets frozen spinach (defrosted)
1 carton cottage cheese
3 eggs (beaten)
3 TBS flour
250g cheddar cheese
125g melted butter
seasoning
Mix all ingredients. Place in greased casserole and bake at 180C for about 25-30 minutes.
If must be light and fluffy, not dried out
