SCHASCHLIK SAUCE

1 Onion
1 clove Garlic
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 cup Tomato ketchup
1/2 pt Meat Bouillon
Thyme
1 Bay leaf
Parsley stalks

Heat finely chopped onion & garlic in oil.  Add spices and cook slowly for a few seconds.  Add ketchup, bouillon, salt, thyme, bay leaf, parsley and cook for 10 minutes.  Remove parsley and bay leaf.

Sauce should taste very hot!
