60ml oil

2 eggs

125ml sugar

500ml SR Flour

10ml baking powder

2.5ml salt

250ml milk

250ml cheese

SAUCE

125ml butter

30ml marmite/Bovril

15ml hot water

Oven to 180/23cm baking dish square

Beat oil, egg and sugar

Mix flour, salt and baking powder and grated cheese together

Mix flour mixture into egg mix, using milk

Put into oven pan,  bake for 30 min until golden brown

Prick all over, pour hot butter/marmite mixture over hot cake

Put grated cheese on the cake, put back in oven just to melt the cheese.
