Spiced cookies with white chocolate
300g flour
2ml ginger
2ml ground allspice
5ml ground cinnamon
180g butter
150g light brown sugar
1 egg
Sift flour and spices together
Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
Add the egg and beat well
Mix in your flower mixture by hand (I dont)
Wrap dough and leave in fridge for hour
Roll into balls or cut shapes (fish shape for Liam)
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180
Decorate with melted white chocolate
