Buttermilk Rusks

Melt 500 grams butter or margarine.
Add 2 beaten eggs & 500 ml buttermilk.
In a large plastic bowl mix 1 Kg self-raising flour with 2 cups of brown sugar.
Add the wet mixture to the dry. Mix.
Put into a pan and bake for one hour at 180 C.
